If you have forgotten your existing password, or if your existing password has expired, enter your HealthPRO Web Portal User ID into the field below, and a new, temporary password will be emailed to the email address on record for your user account.

If you no longer have access to the email address on record for your user account, or if the email address on record is incorrect, contact our support team at Support@HealthPRO-Rehab.com for assistance.

To change your existing HealthPRO Web Portal password, enter your user ID and existing password below, as well as your new password. Confirm your new password, and you're all set.

Note: You will not be logged into your user account once you have changed your password, and will need to login using your new password once you have received the confirmation that your password was successfully changed.

IMPORTANT: Your password must have a score of 75 before it will be accepted!
